Pricing & Payment

• All prices exclude VAT. Valley Compliance Testing is not currently VAT registered (under £90,000 threshold).

• Prices valid as of February 2026 and subject to change with notice.

• Payment due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept: Bank transfer, cash.

Service Delivery

• Reports typically delivered within 24-48 hours of inspection.

• Certificates issued on completion or within 24 hours.

• Tenant complaint response services usually attended within 48 hours (subject to availability).

• Monthly monitoring services scheduled on fixed dates agreed in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a £50 cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling is free with 24+ hours notice.

• Failed access visits (property not accessible on agreed date/time) may incur a £40 wasted visit charge.

Service Coverage

• We serve: Bridgend, Vale of Glamorgan, Cardiff, Neath Port Talbot, Swansea, and surrounding South Wales areas.

• Properties 25+ miles from Bridgend may incur mileage charges (£0.45 per mile).

• We’re happy to quote for properties outside our usual area – please contact us.

Insurance & Liability

• We carry Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance.

• All inspections are non-intrusive visual assessments unless otherwise stated.

• Our reports are advisory and do not replace statutory requirements or specialist structural surveys.

Qualifications & Certifications

• Certified in: FFHH (Fitness for Human Habitation), Fire Safety, Damp & Mould Awareness, PAT Testing, Legionella Risk Assessment, Renting Homes Act (Wales).

• All work carried out to current industry standards and regulations.
